Since 1981 Senior & Dickson has been providing an extensive service of design and manufacture of tools to the Plastic injection moulding, Rubber moulding and Die casting industries across the United Kingdom. Our client list of leading companies includes Hotpoint, Spear and Jackson and Stewart Golf. Operating from a modern, well equipped factory, housing both Tool Room and Moulding Shop, together with a highly qualified and committed workforce we are able to provide our customers with a quality service.
At Senior & Dickson we specialise in the manufacture of plastic injection mould tools, pressure die casting dies and rubber injection mould tools. Where possible all plastic injection mould tools are proven in our own separate Moulding Shop before delivery to our clients premises.
Product design is our latest service to be offered to our clients. By linking our experience of injection moulding, tool making and rapid prototyping we are able to develop product ideas from concept through to working prototypes (in FDM and SLA formats) and on to production tooling.
From initial enquiry to final delivery Senior & Dickson utilise modern Project management software to optimise manufacturing and delivery schedules.
Working to the principles within ISO 9001:2008 our systems allow us to achieve the maximum efficiency of product design, prototyping, tool design, manufacture and tooling trials.
It is because of our attention to detail that we are able to handle projects ranging from single to large suites of tools. For those tools in service we are able to provide an efficient and reliable breakdown, repair and modification service.
We apply the same level of attention to detail for all contracts carried out in our Plastic Injection Moulding shop.
